After a year of planning and tasting, we finally brought our dreams of developing a proprietary bourbon to life, and The Rail Bourbon was born!
Bottled by Western Reserve Distillers in Lakewood, Ohio, this single barrel straight bourbon has been aged 5 years and is hand selected by Mike Mariola & his team.
The 80 proof spirit has a complex nose featuring vanilla, honey blossom, toasted almond, and a hint of leather. On the palate you'll find notes of caramel, toasted oats, apricot, toffee, oak, and vanilla, with a finish that invokes the flavors of pecan, dried apricot, citrus, coffee, and oak.
The Rail Bourbon is currently available at all Rail locations (as well as our sister restaurant, The City Square Steakhouse), and can be enjoyed in one of our signature cocktails like our guest-favorite Sweet Peach Bourbon Tea.
